Videos will not download

Is everyone having issues downloading or is it just the free users? I have followed the instructions to delete the items in the internet options and still no luck. I downloaded the latest version also. Any help would be awesome.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  I'm having the same problem. even tried reinstalling but it still not working. so if there is any help out there can you let us know what to do.
