    We are not aware of any such issues. How often do you see this happen and for how many files have you had to rename etc? What is the version of RealPlayer you are currently having?

    Thanks.  I believe the problem may have occurred on about 40 tracks which I had transferred from older vinyl some time ago, possibly when Real Networks, Real Times requested I sign in.  This happened before on a few tracks.

    Later I found that my Windows media player was also affected but my hard drive music files were unaffected.  I'll work on it.
