i signed up for my realplayer premium acct

hi im patrick russell and i have signed up for my premeium acct bout id say 3 months ago or longer anyway when i sign in there no difference in the acct i need to know as to what do do when i signed up for it it says that im registered but i see no difference in the acct                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Patrick Russell

  Hi Patrick, I was told that the only change you will see on your account is a  "star" before your name and that indicates you have the premium service.

  We see a free account under the email address used to create this post. If you have an alternate email address which was used when you purchased RealPlayer Premium, please sign into RealPlayer with that email address. As Freddie mentions, you will see a star(*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer.

  While the star (*) indicates the paid account is activated, there are many features that get activated.
