BURNING DVDS

For the past few weeks when I've tried to burn clips onto a dvd, I've had problems. The files all get transferred but when it comes time to burn onto the disc, a message comes up saying: "Device Error - Command Timeout; Device may have been removed or reset."

Please advise.

  This seems to be a hardware issue. However to confirm that you don't have a bad installation of RealPlayer, please reinstall RealPlayer and try. If the issue persists, please contact your PC manufacturer.

  Thanks for the tip. I bought a new dvd writer and all has been well since then.
