RealPlayer 2020 download

I updated to Real Player 2020 but I am paying monthly charges for RealPlayer Premium. I am now not able to access my premium features, there is no window for creating a playlist now. I am very upset since I use this player everyday and depend on it for all my professional work as an artist. I create playlists for each painting. Now I can't. Watsup? Help!

  Installed the new RealPlayer now I can't download videos...what gives???

  Gary,

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?
