Download videos
This feature is not working on a lot of videos on youtube, Before the upgrade to the new version it was working perfectly fine but now every video I try to download it won't do so unless I open the web browser on Real Player. This is not a good option since it's only 360p.
Need a fix please

We have resolved the download issue. Please follow the instructions from the below link to download videos again.

Please note: If you are using RealPlayer v.18, please scroll down the page for instructions.
If the issue persists, please provide us with a sample URL that you are unable able to download. -
Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
In addition, please let us know what web browser you use to download videos.

Thank you for writing back. You do seem to have the latest version of the Downloader.
Can you please go to this folder, delete the cookies.txt file and restart your PC?
C:\Users\<your pc name>\AppData\Local\Real\RealPlayer\Content\DL2 (Please note: Content folder may be hidden, if so set it to show hidden files)
This should fix the issue if not, please let us know

No it didn't work. Can't dl music videos.
