Real Player Upgrade - I went from RealPlayer Plus to Free Plan ??
I purchased real player plus in April of 2018 for $39.99. I had RealPlayer 18 Plus. Worked great and was happy with it. Yesterday the program asked me to install updates.... Which I did.
Since the update now when I log in it says I have the free plan and wants me to pay $39.99 again? I thought this was a 1 time fee. I had it, it worked and since the update my plan was downgraded to the free plan? Seriously????
What happen to Current Plan:RealPlayer 18 Plus? If I had known I was going to be downgraded to the free plan I would never had done the update. WTF

When you updated to the latest version, we clearly mention about the changes to the account status.
We see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus v.18. If you installed RealPlayer v.20/20, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer v.20 as this is a different product with additional new features. If you want to upgrade, please let us know. As a loyal user, you are eligible for a discount.
If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer v.20 and install RealPlayer v.18. You can install RealPlayer v.18 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer v.18, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.
