To real player support, the downloader hasn't work for more than a week on a certain website can you help me fix this problem please respond back as soon as you can.

  What error message do you get when you download?

  In the meanwhile, can you please let us know the following information:

  Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using?

  Says unable to download when I click download the same when I try to download from a URL I am using edge browser. If possible can you please do a remote session on my computer to fix this problem for me.
