updating billing information

Dear Sirs,

I am afraid the mistake is not still made out. I noticed that the expiration date of the card quoted is 2020, so I wonder how my payments were made  subsequently up to 02/2025, the start valid date of my current card.

Since I have always been a member of Real Player, I could do any change to my subscription even starting from the beginning but to get the membership.

  You will need to contact your credit card company as they are one who allowed the transactions to go through up until recently.

  If you have an active RealPlayer subscription, you will need to sign into the RealPlayer mobile app. You can install the app either through iTunes or Google Playstore.
