Log in from RealPlayer

I can log in to my account from the web, but when I try to log in from inside RealPlayer I get a white pop-up window (offline.html) and nothing more and the screen freezes, I can not even close the program or move the window. What is wrong?

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  I'm now encountering the same errors on both my laptop and PC, so it's not a Windows 11 issue. I suspect the downloads are failing because they haven’t been tested by RealNetworks. My system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, which might be contributing to the issue. I've attached my screenshots for reference. Visit this site for more details: surf4all tm promo
