    Good morning,

    i have the same issue ... and the problem was update of RealDownloader BUT the issue was in "user profile" not in install.

    To solve i delete "C:\Users\Internet1\AppData\Local\Real" in my user (internet1). 
    Warning i don't have anything i want save but i's good idea rename folder for save it (for example add .bak).
    Then do update from my user.
    Note, do this procedure for each user using RealDownloader
