Horrid
This is the worst interface I've ever seen. It look cheap. Can't merge anything. No useful drop downs. This is disappointing. Should'nt have to keep going to the upper right to change anything. Why are there no columns to select? You guys are slipping. I see why the forum was shut down. You've been surpassed in the ratings. Had been a customer for years, but only used for audio files that had to be converted to mp3 which destroyed the file sound quality and had to reload 800GB of my library. What happened to you people? Sigh.... I'm going to give this a week and will possibly cancel my subscription.
