RealPlayer Plus 20.0.5.308 won't download a playlist
Oct 7, 2021 I bought the one-time Plus upgrade in order to download a YouTube playlist but it only downloads the first video in the playlist.
I am using the latest version of RealPlayer 20/20 and I'm signed into my account and the drop down menu shows I have a PLUS account.
Is the playlist download feature no longer working in version 20.0.5.308?

Could you please provide us with a sample URL of a playlist that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using? We would like to test this in-house.

I'm using FireFox 92.0.1
Just realized as I went to copy the URL, it was a "Private" playlist so I changed it to "Unlisted" so that anyone with the URL can access the playlist. Now the Download Playlist button shows up and works on this playlist. ;-)
