    The error message you are seeing indicates a hardware error. It is either your DVD drive that is causing the problem or your discs. Since you say that it worked on these discs previously, it most likely could be your DVD drive. Anyhow, to make sure you are not having a software problem, please reinstall RealPlayer. Since you purchased RealPlayer Plus v.18, you can download and install this version from the link below.
