Download speeds are extremely slow when they used to be fast?

Hello, 

My download speeds have become extremely slow.  It has worked fine downloading since the last upgrade that enabled faster downloads.  Now it is downloading slow again.  Thank you.

  Please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer v.20 installed. If you are using the older version (RealPlayer v.18), please note that we will not be making any more bug fixes to this version as it has reached the end of life support.

  I paid for the faster download speeds in v.18.  I did this for previous versions as well and you guys change the code and break it so I am forced to upgrade?  I don't want to upgrade right now.... I just want what I paid for (v.18) to work!
