Where are ALL of my PREVIOUS files???

Can someone PLEASE inform me on how I can access my PREVIOUS files I've had stored onto my account?  I've changed computers and had to re-download Real Player and my account.  Once I've activated my account, MY DOWNLOADS ARE NOT THERE.....and I have to start over again. WHY????

How do I get access to my previous files???

  All your files are stored in the PC you had RealPlayer. If you change computers, you will need to transfer your media files to your new PC. We don't store any of your locally stored files.
