I paid, I downloaded it and now it just keeps pausing out and is "not responding" so personally I feel I wasted $40 of my hard-earned money on a piece of crap!!!!

  It is mostly due to a case of a wrong installation or something in your Windows that is conflicting with RealPlayer. Please reinstall RealPlayer and let us know if the issue still persists.
