I purchased this to save videos to my computer, this does not do that. It saves to the Real Player app, but that does not do what I need it to do. I need an immediate refund.

  When you download a video, the video is actually saved to your Videos folder in your PC's hard disk. RealPlayer is only a media player that shows the videos in this folder. So technically the videos are stored in your PC's hard disk. You can right click on the video from RealPlayer library and click Locate File. This will open the location of the actual file. Hope this helps.
