RealPlayer crashing.

RealPlayer keeps crashing when I enter the Music section of my media library. Does this have anything to do with security?

  RealPlayer may crash when selecting a section of your library if you have any corrupted/incompatible media file. So from your description, it is most likely that you have some music files that are corrupted/incompatible.

  Alternately, you can reinstall RealPlayer so your library database is regenerated.

  Thanks for your reply. I have, in fact, reinstalled RealPlayer TWICE but to no avail. I'll try again and also delete my music files. Fingers crossed!
