Latest real player update messed up the player

Sign in box doesn't work. Real player keeps turning off, I have to keep bringing it back and reloading my playlist. Starting and stopping a video takes long to work. I want it to go back to the way it was before this last update.

  When did you receive an update? We have not released any update in more than 3 months now. In the meanwhile,  please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  I received the update about a week ago. Thank you for your help. The install you sent in the email link is working great. It looked like the same one I installed last week. Thank you again so much as I love Real Player.
