It's Firefox 54.0.1 (most current) and RealPlayer 18.1.8.212 (most current).

Firefox lags, freezes, and/or crashes after updating
I'm currently running...I don't know what version of Firefox is the most current. For a while, I wasn't able to download videos. I see now that this was a known issue, and that Real has fixed it....
