While engineers are investigating this issue, is there a possibility to provide download link to version that existed on or before Sept. 2018? I didn't have the issue at that time.

Yes. I followed instructions provided, removed RealPlayer and reinstalled and the same issue remains with the same videos.

I am having the same issue. Windows 10. RealPlayer(tm) (win32) Version 18.1.16.215. DVD Burner Plugin 18.1.12.206. All videos are MP4 format. Videos play fine with media player but 5 of 24 videos a...
