공식 댓글 I am having similar issues as well. I also tried downloading files by entering URL address directly into Realplayer (icon at the top, file, open file) with very little success.

I followed all the instructions include restarting my computer. I opened real player, file and then searched for the video but it did not work. I either get "no video found" directly when I use you...
