3. I purchased Realplayer Plus once already, why can't I access it?

I had Realplayer PLUS installed on my computer....i went to burn a DVD and it told me i had to upgrade my PLUS again for $24.95 so i paid for another PLUS download but i still can't burn my video!!!!
