It's been 3 days since I can download videos, nothing. Reinstalled program, used a different browser, rebooted computer, rebooted modem and wifi.

So, I think they fixed it without us having to do anything. Having said that, when this happens I always delete and reinstall real player. Maybe it helped. These are the last instructions they sent...
