RealPlay files gone berserk

Long-time user of this great system.  Since converting to Win 10, music files have duplicated and triplicated for an unknown reason.  My total file which should be a little over 1,000 items is now over 4,000 items. Worst of all, I've lost the ability to burn CD's, and that used to be such a simple task when your system was working properly.

I'm afraid to "uninstall" and "reinstall" because I might lose music/video files.  Can you offer advice?

Thanks.

You may perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of RealPlayer by following the below article:

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040013

Make sure you delete the RealPlayer folders as mentioned in the below article, before reinstalling RealPlayer.

Note: Deleting these folders will remove any playlists you've created; the files will remain in your library but the playlists will need to be re-created.

Regarding burning CD's, follow the steps provided in the below article:

  Let us know the progress.
