the download tool does not accept my login

  If you are unable to sign in to your account, then make an alternative browser as the default browser and then reopen the tool and sign in. If the issue persists, clear cookies and sign back in. 

  If this doesn't help, try logging into https://realtimes.real.com/account#login (make sure you enter the correct username/password) and then try downloading the videos.
