Logging in and Upgrade

I was considering upgrading , decided against this as I cant even sign in using facebook and my downloaded media has vanished , I did join years ago Pro version RealPlayer , now I prefer not to use windows 10 it caused my galleries , grief , like art not happy , to lose a piece , love to upgrade will not unless I can regularly sign in  kind regards Michael
