 Dear Sir... I just recently got a new P.C and has Windows 10, however  when I try to sign in into my old account some of my videos show up I do not know what happened to my other videos, can you please tell me how can I retrieve them.. Thank you so much for your help.. I had windows 7 before my  user name is  greekwrestler9    and my email add. is  greekwrestler9@yahoo.com

  We have recently changed the amount of storage space allotted to free customers to a total of 1GB. We sent a series of three emails in October and November to free customers who would be impacted by this policy change, to give them 30 days notice so they could download important content, request an extension, or take advantage of a special discount on an annual subscription that provides more storage space. I'm sorry if you did not see these emails.

  You can also download files one at a time by going to https://realtimes.real.com. Just log in to your account, go to Photos & Videos, right-click on a file, and select “Download Original.”
