Trimmer Not Working

I would just like to add to the list of those who have said that Real Player trimmer is not working after the latest update last week.

I am using Windows 10 and have version 18.1.8.212 of Real Player.

Have you got any idea as to how long it may take you to resolve this issue?

  ANOTHER TRIMMER NOT WORKING

  Seems this kind of thing is frequent with Realplayer had this problem in the past with different versions JUST PAID £30 Odd for this disaster can't complete my work.

  Running Win10 with Realplayer 18 plus, updated, no trimmer function,

  unreliable, looking for alternative. Will request refund if alternative proves successfull.
