RealPlayer IVR convert to MP4 or WMV video files (not audio!)

I have around 17 IVR files that I'd like to convert to another video format, which it seems from the player you are able to do, but when I actually do the conversion, the files come out as audio only (MP4a and WMV audio).  Suggestions?
