realtimes on roku

On Roku realtimes ,when I click on videos it takes about 8 minuets to load, then when I play a video and it's over, it won't play another, until I go back to main screen hit video and wait another 8 minuets. Please help, Roku is where I share videos with family. PS: Just started a few weeks ago.

  We have a known issue with Roku. Unfortunately, we are not having any further fixes for this product. Apologize for the inconvenience.
