download this video disappeared!

after the latest " update " download this video vignette dissapeared! i tried reloading real downloader several times, but nothing happened. is there something i should do?

  There is a known issue with the latest version of Firefox. Our engineers are working on resolving it. Until such time please use an alternate browser. If it is not working on any browser, please reinstall RealPlayer.
