Cannot log in to share

 I have the premium realplayer account which I paid for. When I am on my desktop I attempt to share a video. The Realtimes sign in notification appears. I put in my email and password click where it says sign in and absolutely nothing happens. There is no error, no message saying wrong password or anything like that. It just doesn't do anything. On my android devices I have no problems. Just on my desktop. Thank you for your help anyone. It is very, frustrating. And it is not just with this desktop. It is with the other desktop I have as well. My email and password are absolutely correct. When I sign in to share a video either from my realplayer download nothing happens.  Thank you for your help anyone.
