I cannot get to my account from the realplayer

Dear RealNetworks,

When I click "Account Settings" I get this message: web browser   unable to download my account from realtimes.real.com    unable to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

Moreover where can I get the latest realplayer plus? Do I have it already? The player I have shows realplayer not realplayer plus. I have been paying $14.99 every month and still does.
