cannot upgrade to unlimited access

I have cancelled my premium service in order to upgrade to the unlimited access $9.99 per mo) plan as instructed.  When I go to plans and select premium plan it will not let me access it.  I want to upgrade, but cannot,  Please advise

  Hello,

  You'll be able to upgrade after the paid term expires on June 10th (as this is a prepaid subscription). After the expiration date, you'll see the option to sign up for the desired plan.

  Believe my current plan has expired and would like to upgrade to unlimited access please advise

  We see you have an active RealTimes Premium (25 GB) plan. We don't offer Unlimited Cloud storage anymore. The other plan is a 100GB plan. If you want to upgrade, we will have to cancel your current plan and have you upgrade to the 100GB plan. We offer monthly ($9.99) and yearly ($99.99) plans.

  Please let us know if you want to upgrade.
