Installation Hangs

I just purchased Real 2020 plus upgrade, tried to install and it just hangs, never completes.  I tried to uninstall real player and reinstall, but the uninstall also hung.

 

Per the support site, I tried to delete the program folder, but was unable as it said it was in use so could not remove.

 

Need some help to get this going.

  Please restart your computer and then delete the folders. You should be able to. Once you have done that, restart your computer one more time and proceed with the installation.
