Cannot view any videos

Longtime member paying annual fees.  Can see that videos are in library, but every time I click on one, it says that video is being uploaded try later, or "optimizing video", but nothing happens.  How can I view or share videos?

  Are you trying to play your Cloud videos or files stored in your PC's library? If you are trying to play your Cloud videos, can you click this link and sign in.

  https://realtimes.real.com/account#login

  One more thing you can do is, upload a new video and once uploaded try playing the video from the Cloud.
