Where did my channel Subscriptions go?

I had a bunch of YouTube Channels I had subscribed to.  Today, when I opened RealPlayer, it says I have no channel subscriptions.  When I add one, it doesn't record it; and continues to show I have none.

  Also, I am curious where RealPlayer stores what channels it is subscribed to, so I can back this up once it gets fixed?
