Update of RealPlayer 20/20 infected with virus?

Anitvirusprogram Bitdefender stopped update of my RealPlayer 20/20 Plus. The update files are  infected with virus  Gen:Suspicious.Cloud.4.bCY@aGvQuini

Detected infected and quarantined files are:

1. C:\Users\Rolf\AppData\Local\Temp\~rnsetup\defenc.exe is infected with Gen:Suspicious.Cloud.4.bCY@aGvQuini and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean.

2. C:\Users\Rolf\AppData\Local\Temp\~rnsetup\empty.spc is infected with Gen:Suspicious.Cloud.4.bCY@aGvQuini and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean.

3. C:\Users\Rolf\AppData\Local\Temp\~rnsetup\xxtmpxx.xtr is infected with Gen:Suspicious.Cloud.4.bCY@aGvQuini and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean.

Now I can't run my RealPlayer Plus, purchased for  $ 35. 

What to do?

  I have been in contact with Bitdefender Support about my problem. Bitdefender has now updated their detection files – RealPlayer is updated and working OK again.
