Is Malwarebytes detected PUP "RPUSDK.DLL" File a Legitimate Real Player File or Not?

The Malwarebytes scan identifies "RPUSDK.DLL" as a PUP.   It suggests quarantine or deleting.

Is it a legitimate Real Player program file or not?  I am trying to figure out if it is malware that needs to be deleted or something else?

If that is a Real Player file, why does Real Player use this DLL file?
