I had a real player account a couple of years ago. The account had several audio and video files downloaded. Is there somewhere those are still located and retrievable?

  I do not find files uploaded to RealCloud. 

  I want to inform you that RealPlayer just maps the location of the clips stored on your computer hard drive. Therefore, the files are not actually uploaded or saved in our server. 

  If you still have the same computer, you can scan you hard drive for video/audio files. To do so, follow the steps in this article:
