Had my computer cleaned and lost a lot of realplayer. Nothing seemd to work now and as I now have windows 10

I think I have paid version of 17. Nothing seems to be working.

  I see that you had purchased RealPlayer 16 Plus. Click the below link to install the previous version of RealPlayer and then sign in to access Plus features:
