Recently I had to re-format my Hard drive and have begun re-installing my windows apps. I had one of your products known as real converter. That product no longer seems to be on your web site. 

 

It that product (Real Player Converter) no-longer available?

  RealPlayer Converter is not available as a separate product. When you install RealTimes, it will get installed along with RealDownloader, RealPlayer Trimmer.
