Real Player Plus Program

When I installed the free program and then it started to download the extras from purchasing the Plus portion of the program, the extras do not show  completion of installing the complete Plus Program, and when I try to watch a DVD it does not load and cannot play. I have uninstalled and reinstalled your Real Player program with the Plus addons 4 times with the same results. I don't think the complete program is uploading perhaps you can send me a direct link to download Real Player Plus.

  Can you please let me know if you see the star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer?

  i paid for real player plus..(a while back)..then your site kinda went to shit..i lost most of my videos...now you want me to pay for it again..that is bullshit.
