New updates

Ever since i installed the new updates on my real player plus it won't download any videos.  It says no videos available.  Even though i have went to videos that i have already downloaded before to see if they work it gives me the same error.  I have already checked every trouble shooting option it has given me.  Any thoughts?

  2. What is the operating system on your computer?

  3. What is the version of RealPlayer installed on your computer?

  4. What is the website you are trying to download videos from?
