playlist being wiped out after click yes to update

After Realplayer prompted me to update numerous times I eventually clicked "yes".  What happened after that was all my meticulously selected and organized playlists were gone.  Many of my videos were also gone.  Instead, some strange videos were put in my library.  This is really, extremely upsetting.  Why does Realplayer do this?

  This shouldn't have happened. We have done extensive tests where the library database carries forward from one version to another. In your case, I am not sure what might have happened.

  Can you please look for a text file in the below mentioned folder and copy/paste what its content shows?

  C:\Users\<Your PC Name>\AppData\Local\Real\RealPlayer
