computer won't accept realplayer installation

when I install Realplayer using your current method of installation on your site, my computer instantly uninstalls same. I removed my Bitdefender antivirus program then tried to install Realplayer, the program was installed and instantly uninstalled for the 20th time. Is it a registry issue or an administrator issue? Can Realplayer/ Realtimes install the program for me?

  Do you have anything from Iobit installed on your computer? We have seen this happen before but was resolved in our latest version of RealPlayer. Can you please make sure you are downloading the latest bits from www.real.com to install? If the issue persists, please let us know.
