Not able to login on desktop app - Mac Computer

I am unable to login on the desktop app on my Mac computer. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as restarting the computer, but nothing worked. Is there a way to fix this?

  Our support for the RealTimes application for Mac has ended. We are not actively making any development changes to the Mac version.
