Not working - cannot reinstall - cannot manually delete for a clean uninstall

Tried reinstall - Installed successfully. Yeah NOT, will not open and does not work.

Tried uninstall - Uninstall Failed. Log file C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer\RPDS\install.log not found.

Cannot manually remove by any form or means that your help articles gave.

File open in another place - Nothing shows up on the Task Manager listed in article. 

Also cannot find any current article for this year 2018 with same issue and google search nothing I could understand worked.

  Please restart your computer and delete the files. That should work. If not, please let us know.
